Tim Etzkorn has joined our firm as an associate. Tim is a 2008 graduate of St. Louis University School of Law. During law school, he spent two years as the Judicial Operations Assistant to Judge Margaret M. Neill in 22nd Judicial Circuit of Missouri (St. Louis City). Tim will practice in the areas of civil litigation, medical malpractice, and insurance defense.

Joshua N. Worthington has joined the firm as an Associate. Joshua is a 2003 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. He previously was an Assistant Attorney General with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office from 2006 to 2008, an associate with Goldstein and Price from 2004-2006, and was a law clerk to the Honorable Peter A. Michalski, Alaska Superior Court Judge, from 2003 to 2004. Joshua will practice in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury defense, and premises liability.

Laurie A. McMillan has joined the firm as an Associate. Laurie is a 2007 graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. Prior to attending law school she was a paralegal with the JAG Corp., serving in the United States Air Force. During law school she clerked for Judge Robert G. Dowd, Jr. at the Missouri Court of Appeals, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office, St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office, McMichael & Logan, and Frankel, Rubin, Bond Dubin, Siegel & Klein, P.C. She was an associate with Brown & James P.C. from 2007 through 2008. Laurie will practice in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, personal injury defense, premises liability and products liability.
