Sanner obtains defendant’s verdict in motor transport case
Jon Sanner obtained a defendant’s verdict in a case wherein plaintiff alleged that defendant driver was negligent for losing control of his vehicle when a tire on an equipment trailer he was pulling suffered a blowout. The company that rented the trailer to our client was also named as a defendant. Plaintiff presented evidence of $100,000.00 in medical bills for fusion to his low back.
