Harper Obtains Favorable Jury Verdict
Scott Harper tried a case of admitted liability in a rear end accident. The case was tried in the Circuit Court of Saint Louis County. Harper presented evidence of limited damage to the plaintiff’s vehicle and of plaintiff’s prior injury history. The pretrial demand was $100,000. The pretrial offer was $10,000. The jury returned a verdict for $10,729.
