Jon Sanner Obtains Defense Verdict in Rearend Motor Vehicle Accident
Jon Sanner obtained a defense verdict in a case where his client rearended plaintiff’s stopped vehicle. The defendant’s fault was admitted in Sanner’s opening statement and the jury was asked to decide whether plaintiff sustained any damages as a result of the accident. A treating chiropractor offered opinions on plaintiff’s injuries but his ties to plaintiff’s counsel were highlighted on cross-examination. The jury rejected the claim with a verdict in favor of the defendant.
